Shipping & Returns Policy
At Rei Skincare, we currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

What’s your return policy?
In the event that you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it and it must be unused. Our products can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order.
My product is unused and in the original packaging, what’s next?
Please email, info@reiskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will set up the return for you.
Return slip?
We will provide you with a return slip once the return request is accepted.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will inspect and process returned merchandise. If it does not qualify for a refund, we will deny the return. Once processed the funds will be sent immediately, it may take 3-10 days to show up on your account depending on your bank.
What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?
If there is an issue with your order please email info@reiskincare.com immediately and we will resolve it for you asap. Include your order number and any photos / descriptions of what went wrong.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
